Working Group Mandate
The Security Working Group focuses on digital identity, cybersecurity, scams, data protection, and blockchain auditing. For FY25, its work will centre on digital identity frameworks and coordination with national initiatives in trust and authentication.
Leadership Team
DECA’s Working Groups are led by experienced industry practitioners who bring deep subject matter expertise and a strong understanding of Australia’s regulatory, commercial, and technical landscape.
Working Group leaders guide discussion, set priorities in line with each group’s mandate, and help translate industry insight into practical outcomes. They work closely with the DECA team to ensure member perspectives inform advocacy, policy engagement, education initiatives, and broader ecosystem development.
Leadership roles are focused on stewardship and coordination, supporting constructive collaboration across members, regulators, government, and the wider digital economy.
