Our Mission
Women of DECA is a working group within the Digital Economy Council of Australia, open exclusively to members. It is dedicated to advancing women’s participation and leadership in the digital economy. Our mission is to empower women through leadership development, create opportunities that support growth at every stage of their careers, and foster meaningful connection across industry, government, and education. By bringing women together, strengthening pathways, and opening doors, we aim to ensure that women play a central role in shaping Australia’s digital economy and its global impact.
