Working Group Mandate
The Digital Asset Working Group advocates for clear, innovation-supportive regulation of tokenised assets and related infrastructure. Areas of focus include asset classification, custody, and standards for infrastructure interoperability.
Leadership Team
DECA’s Working Groups are led by experienced industry practitioners who bring deep subject matter expertise and a strong understanding of Australia’s regulatory, commercial, and technical landscape.
Working Group leaders guide discussion, set priorities in line with each group’s mandate, and help translate industry insight into practical outcomes. They work closely with the DECA team to ensure member perspectives inform advocacy, policy engagement, education initiatives, and broader ecosystem development.
Leadership roles are focused on stewardship and coordination, supporting constructive collaboration across members, regulators, government, and the wider digital economy.
