Digital Economy Council of Australia is aware of concerns being expressed across the community regarding ACX.
We note that the ACX website currently informs customers that, due to an audit process, it is not processing deposits or withdrawals. No timeline is given as to when the situation is expected to be resolved.
Although Digital Economy Council of Australia has no enforcement or regulatory authority in this matter, we have been in contact with ACX to urge that they resolve this situation as swiftly as possible.
